EXTRUSIONS​

Microfactory manufactures high-quality extrusions using range of aluminum alloys to allow complex cross section as customers require. We perform necessary secondary operations such as CNC machining and surface treatment.

Technical Specifications

Extrusion is a continuous plastic forming process that shapes molten plastic into specific cross-sectional profiles Molten plastic is forced through a die with the desired profile shape. The extruded plastic cools and solidifies as it exits the die, resulting in continuous lengths with a constant cross-section.

Our extrusion department utilizes advanced extrusion lines equipped with dies for a vast range of profile shapes and sizes.

We can extrude a variety of thermoplastics to meet your specific needs, including: PVC, Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon (PA), Acetal (POM)

We maintain strict quality control throughout the extrusion process. This includes: Regular die maintenance and cleaning Monitoring of extrusion parameters for consistent profile dimensions Dimensional checks of extruded profiles Visual inspection for surface defects.
